Nell 14 Day Return Policy
Nell Tags. If within the first 14 days after delivery of the Nell Tag you purchased (subscribed) on findnell.com or the Nell App, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of the Nell Tag and either a) send you a new Nell Tag free of charge or b) issue you a refund of your Subscription, subject to the terms of the Return Policy. Returns are only accepted by the original purchaser of the Subscription. All Nell Tags purchased in the transaction must be in their original condition, and with the original receipt and packaging. Nell Tags that have been activated by removing Activated Tags This policy applies only to products purchased directly from findnell.com and the Nell App. Nell will not accept refund requests made after 14 days of the delivery date.
Accessories. If within the first 14 days after delivery of the Accessory you purchased on findnell.com or the Nell App, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return of the Accessory and issue you a refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms of the Return Policy. Returns are only accepted by the original purchaser of the Accessory. All Accessories purchased in the transaction must be in their original condition, and with the original receipt and packaging. Nell will exchange it or provide a full refund back to the original form of payment. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from findnell.com and the Nell App. Nell will not accept refund requests made after 14 days of the delivery date.
